Is Delivery/ Collection included in the price?

Yes, the price includes set up on the morning of your event and collection the day after your event. We will make arrangements with your wedding planner and venue staff so you can sit back and enjoy your special day.

We always have an additional 10 bottles of champagne chilling back of house ready to keep the party flowing, you only pay for what you use extra. (We will liaise with the venue to ask for all empty bottles to be accounted for on our collection so there’s no chance of miscalculations happening.)

A professional bar tender can be supplied for a minimum of 2 hours included in the platinum package.

The other option is for a bar tender that already works at the venue to attend the bar , in which we will fully organise and cover the cost for their time.

We hope you and your party will have just as much fun with our bar area as we did creating it, but we understand that accidents do happen. All we ask for is a £500 holding deposit to be paid across 7 days before the event takes place.

Pictures and a short video will be sent to your phone showing you that set up is complete.

In the unlikely event that something gets damaged pictures will be sent across and a costing for these damages will be worked out accordingly.     

Of course, nothing goes better on a sunny day then ice cold champagne and fresh fruit. For an additional £60 we can add a splash of fresh fruit to your special day. We usually suggest strawberries, raspberries, and cherries or even a slice of lemon or orange goes down a treat. The options are endless so please let us know prior to your event your preferred fruit and we will make sure that it’s served on the day to compliment the champagne if guests would like it.

Certainly, just let us know at the time of booking and we will supply real fresh orange juice on the day for an additional £40.
